I always hear fat guys trying real hard to cut and asking about what to eat.I have also seen a lot of you tube videos on what to eat to burn fat dead fast.Well the thing is you are looking for the wrong thing. 

No food is just going to absorb the fat from your body and the dead weight is not just going to be vapourised.When you search for something like that the results just mean that the food is low caloric and hence less energy is gained or it boosts up your metabolism. So what is that I got to do?Before I answer that you need to know how this all works.

 So when do you loose weight? When you eat you gain some energy of course and an unit given to that is cal.(4.18J=1cal).Say you gain 2500 kcal from the food you have had all day.Some of these calories are used up for the various activities you do say walking, talking and even respiring and breathing.Let that be 2000 kcal .So 2000 kcal off 2500 kcal has been used up and that leaves 500 surplus calories.Now what happens to them.They are either converted into fat or muscle and what they are converted into depends upon your protein intake.There are 3500 kcal in 1 pound of fat.That is to loose 1lbs you need to burn 3500 kcal. Say you are subjected to a low caloric diet and gain 1500 kcal a day. Say , your required caloric intake is 2000 kcal a day that is you do nothing all day (no physical activities) and still burn that much. Then you are running 500 kcal in short and this is where your fat is being used up and you eventually loose weight.Let me break that down for you.

 Shortage of  Calories=weight loss      
surplus calories=weight gain.

So what to do to burn more cals?


 DO THE CARDIO DUDE

Any exercise which is going to pump up your heart beat rate is cardio.It includes running ,swimming, cycling, jumping ropes etc.A heck lot of calories is lost when you do them.Well burning fat alone is not going to get you your bicep.You have to train your muscles and that is where you have to power up your strength training.

GAIN MUSCLE
   You need to do two things for a muscular physique.
1.Keeping your protein intake high
2.Strength training

  How much protein a day?
  A gram per pound of your body weight or 2 grams per kilo gram of your body weight should be the ideal amount of protein to build muscle.


PHASE TWO:strength training
  You have to strain your muscle to get them in shape, get them toned.You will have to perform exercises where you get your muscles to their limits.You will have to hit each and every single muscle group of your body to get a precise body. Consider doing optimum amount of sets for each muscle group and make sure that you are not over training that is when the pain persists in your muscles and still you lift hard. In such cases give your muscles a break for a day or two or till the pain is gone and then train them again .You should keep increasing the weight you push or pull or squat as after a certain period of time your muscles will need more damage to improve its size.As your muscles increase their resistivity they get bigger and stronger adopting themselves for heavier loads.



 Burn fat , get adequate protein, train your muscles and give a break and train if  the pain in your muscles persists.
