HOW TO GET SIX PACK ABS AT HOME

 Getting a six pack is hard,but you can make it if you have got enough dedication and patience.There are two things you have to do.


1.MELT FAT
2.STRENGTHEN YOUR ABS

If you re skinny, you have already got phase 1.So all you have to do is get done with phase 2.strength training.(Targeting your core often, but not over training them.)How do you find out whether you are over training or not?Well if the soreness in your muscles persists and you train despite of this.That is over training .So don't train if the pain persists in your core.If you are no skinny guy.You will to do both burn fat and strengthen your abs. A lot of cardio and a low caloric diet should do the job.Keeping your protein intakes high is really necessary to gain muscle skinny or fat doesn't  matter.Protein is really required to build muscle.


TRAINING YOUR ABS

Here is a list of workouts you can perform to target your abs: 

  1. Leg raises

Lie flat on the ground such that your back is in contact with the ground . Keep your palms in the side and pull up your leg without bending your knee much. After each rep make sure you don't put you legs down on the floor but close to the floor. When you get your legs up make sure your legs don't make an angle of more than 90 with the floor.Keep continuing till you find the pain massive and then let go.The number of sets and reps you want to perform depends upon your abs, on how good they are.If you find it very difficult this way then consider putting you palm under you butt to make it easier for you.

2.Scissors

 Lie flat on the ground and lift your legs and your torso towards each other so that your body is in a 'v' shape just like shown in the pic.Scissor your legs and continue till you feel the pain and stop.

3.Planks

Hold that position for a while and let go.Just make sure you don't get you hip too high or too low.
